The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 23

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 23 2020.

THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 23 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION

In Campaign 23, our team continued on our path with Silver Ambassador. We have three campaigns left to reach my 2020 goal of Bronze Leader. I am living proof that a lot can happen in one campaign. I am currently out of the office recovering from surgery & looking forward to returning November 15 with our team meeting on our team Facebook group page. In that meeting, I will be focusing on different ideas & tips to help support my team have an amazing holiday season with growing their business & sales.

Right now our team size is continuing to adjust to the new tracking system Avon has implemented back in September. In Campaign 23, we lost 3 representatives, however we added 4 *NEW* representatives to our team. Also, in Campaign 23, we had 3 representatives take advantage of Avon’s incentive for *NEW* representatives called Pathway to Premier.

As of close of Campaign 23, our team is #22 in total team sales growth. I personally, am #27 in total sales increase with over $19,000 in my total 2020 sales vs my 2019 sales with being #10 in total online sales and #5 in total online sales increase. I am so appreciative of everyone who has supported me & my business & look forward to getting back to working with my team & my customers as we come to the end of 2020.
