Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 18 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
Looks like our team is maintaining in Campaign 18 which means we did not quite reach Gold Ambassador for the 3rd campaign in a row. As we head into the virtual convention, Avon Visionaries, and then last quarter of 2020, I am confident that we are going to rock the rest of the year & close 2020 with a bang.
In Campaign 18 we did lose three representatives, however, 2 *NEW* representatives placed their 1st order plus we had 3 *NEW* representatives join our team.
I do want to give a shout out to one representative, Heather Rivera. She has truly been an inspiration with all of her accomplishments so far since she joined back in May. She is continually one of our team’s top sellers in total campaign sales AND in online sales. She has all ready earned $120 in Pathway to Premier Stepping Stone Bonuses + she is close to earning her 2nd Pathway to Premier Milestone Bonus of $200. On top of her amazing sales, she continues to share tips & ideas on what she is doing to start & grow her own successful Avon business with others on our team’s, The Super Sellers, Facebook group page. I am so proud of you, Heather, and I know that you are going to be able to accomplish anything you set your mind to. Keep up with all of your amazing work & continue to be the rock star that you are!

With our team doing such an incredible job in 2020, at the close of Campaign 18, our team reached #52 with over $20,000 more in total team sales versus our 2019 team sales. We are at 32.06% in total sales growth over the last 26 campaigns. Plus, our team went up 10 spots to #43 in total team sales growth with 25 more additional representatives compared to our 2019 total team size. I am so proud of our team being in Avon’s top 100 team pinnacles and as I said earlier, we still have more to accomplish & we are going to kill it in 2020!

At the close of Campaign 18, I reached #35 in total sales increase, stayed at #9 in total online sales & #5 in total online sales increase and went up to #40 in total personal recruits. I am still so amazed that I am in the top 50 and I wouldn’t be where I am today nor have any of the accomplishments I reached in 2020 without my amazing customers & all who support my business.
