Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 16 2020.

THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 16 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
Looks like the summer slump has finally hit our team! One thing I’ve learned being an Avon Independent Sales Representative for 5 years now is that each year, there are busy seasons & there are slow seasons. Summertime seems to be one that tends to be a slow season. I personally like to take advantage of times like this to reflect & adjust my business, so I will be my best once the busy season pops up again, especially before the busiest time of the year… The holiday season.

Because our team did not reach Gold Ambassador, our team incentive was not valid in Campaign 16. From Campaign 13 to Campaign 17, each time our team reached Gold Ambassador with over $4,500 in total Award Sales, representatives who qualified that campaign will be entered into our team incentive:
1. Place any size order for a sampler
2. Place a $250+ order for a product bundle
3. A new rep in their first 8 campaigns that places any size order for a FREE Avon product
4. Reaches a *NEW* sales or leadership level for a business bundle (includes Premier and Promoter levels)
5. Adds a *NEW* representative to their team for a business bundle
BONUS: Places a $100+ order in ALL 5 campaigns for product/sample bundle (regardless if we achieve Gold Ambassador or not, you can qualify for this one)
Though we did not reach Gold Ambassador in Campaign 16, we have one more campaign for our team to reach Gold Ambassador & earn entries into our team incentive.
On top of our team incentive, Heather Rivera also take advantage of Avon’s incentive, Pathway to Premier. It’s an incentive for new representatives where they are able to earn bonuses for reaching sales goals in their first 8 campaigns . CongratulationsHeather!

Because our team has been doing such an incredible job, at the close of Campaign 16, our team reached #56 with over $16,000 increase in total team sales versus 2019 and went up to #56 in total team sales growth with 21 more additional representatives compared to 2019. I am so proud of our team reaching top 100 in Avon’s team pinnacles.

At the close of Campaign 16, I am #32 in total sales increase, moved up to #56 in total personal recruits, at #32 in total sales increase with moving up to #5 in total online sales increase and stayed at #9 in total online sales. At the end of August, Avon will be hosting their virtual Avon Visionaries convention and contacted me letting me know that I will be recognized for my 2020 sales. I am so honored & appreciative of this amazing opportunity. I am living proof that you can be successful with whatever you love doing & you can live your best life.
