Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 14 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
We Made Gold Ambassador Again!
We did it again, Super Sellers! Two campaigns in a row in reaching Gold Ambassador with over $5,800 in total Award Sales. With us reaching Gold Ambassador, those who qualified this campaign will be entered into our team incentive:
1. Place any size order for a sampler
2. Place a $250+ order for a product bundle
3. A new rep in their first 8 campaigns that places any size order for a FREE Avon product
4. Reaches a *NEW* sales or leadership level for a business bundle (includes Premier and Promoter levels)
5. Adds a *NEW* representative to their team for a business bundle
BONUS: Places a $100+ order in ALL 5 campaigns for product/sample bundle (regardless if we achieve Gold Ambassador or not, you can qualify for this one)

Plus, we welcomed a *NEW* representative to leadership… Congratulations Paul Thomas in reaching Promote Level!
Because our team has been doing such an incredible job, we’ve actually reached #78 in total team sales increase and #75 in total team sales growth as of the close of Campaign 14. This is the first time our team has reached the top 100 in any of the Team Pinnacle Awards.

Campaign 14 was another big campaign for me with reaching Honor Society by having $20,000 in total Award Sales. This is a big accomplishment for myself because I reached Honor Society for my total 2019 sales. Being only half way through 2020 & have all ready reached Honor Society, I am blown away. On top of that, as of close of Campaign 14, I am #37 in total sales increase, #74 in total personal recruits, #9 in total online sales and #6 in total online sales increase. I am so thankful for all of my amazing customers who support me & my business. I would not be able to accomplish all that I have without you.
