Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 13 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
We Made Gold Ambassador!
I am just so incredibly proud of my team & how far we have come in 2020. As of March, we have gone from Bronze Ambassador team that was struggling at times to reaching Gold Ambassador in Campaign 13 2020. Not only did we reach Gold Ambassador in Campaign 13 but it also was our best campaign yet, with over $7,000 in Award Sales. Yes…. over $7,000! That’s a $4,000 increase from Campaign 12. I know…. I am so amazed, happy & most of all proud of everyone!
In continuation of our last team incentive when we reached Silver Ambassador in Campaign 8, I am offering a new incentive where representatives will receive an entry, each campaign our team reaches Gold Ambassador from Campaigns 13 to Campaign 17:
1. Place any size order for a sampler
2. Place a $250+ order for a product bundle
3. A new rep in their first 8 campaigns that places any size order for a FREE Avon product
4. Reaches a *NEW* sales or leadership level for a business bundle (includes Premier and Promoter levels)
5. Adds a *NEW* representative to their team for a business bundle
BONUS: Places a $100+ order in ALL 5 campaigns for product/sample bundle (regardless if we achieve Gold Ambassador or not, you can qualify for this one)
So, in order for our team to qualify for Gold Ambassador, at the close of each campaign we will need to have at least $4,000 in total Award Sales with at least 9 1st Generation Representatives who’ve placed orders. For me, Campaign 13 was big. My team not only reached Gold Ambassador but I also earned Avon Destination incentive, which was recently announced will be in Dominican Republic! For those of you who don’t know, this is actually my third trip I’ve earned with Avon. Last year, in 2019, I had earned a FREE trip to Maui for my sales performance in 2018 and then earned their 2019 incentive trip to Los Cabos. Sadly, in February of 2019, I was diagnosed with Stage III Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Cancer and was unable to go to either of these trips due to undergoing chemotherapy treatments at the time of these trips. I was so heartbroken not being able to attend my first two trips I earned with Avon, but I believe everything happens for a reason & now I will be able to enjoy Dominican Republic, healthier & happier.
