Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 12 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
GREAT JOB SUPER SELLERS IN CAMPAIGN 12 2020!
WE DID IT SUPER SELLERS! We made it to Silver Ambassador once again. I am soooo proud of everyone & all of their hard work. Though we did not reach Gold Ambassador, where we are standing currently in Campaign 13, I will not be shocked if we reach it soon! With our team qualifying for Silver Ambassador, The Super Sellers representatives who placed an order this campaign qualified to be entered into our team incentive which ended in Campaign 12. They were able to enter if:
- Placed $150+ order for a business bundle that includes business tools & samples
- Placed any size order for a sampler of samples & trial size
- Is a new representative in their first 8 campaigns and places an order for a full size skincare product
- A new recruit joins their team for a recruiting business bundle
- Placed an order in ALL the campaigns we qualified for a product bundle (C10, C11 & C12).
With our team incentive ending, I’ve announced the winners on our team Facebook page as well as in our team campaign update email. I will also be sending a congratulatory email to each of the winners to let them know to keep an eye out for their prize(s) this coming week.

On top of our team incentive, a couple Super Sellers also took advantage of Avon’s incentive for new representatives, Pathway to Premier. On top of our team doing incredible in sales, we’ve also added a *NEW* promoter to our team. Congratulations Joseph Karnik.
For me, at the close of Campaign 12, I have reached #20 in total online sales and #14 for total increased online sales. And in Campaign 12 I beat my total in sales from Campaign 11. I am now even closer to reaching my goal in earning the Avon Destination incentive. I am so thankful for my amazing customers & my team. I would not have all of these amazing accomplishments without all of you!
