Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 7 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION

GREAT JOB SUPER SELLERS IN CAMPAIGN 7 2020!

In Campaign 7, Avon announced that they were going to give a FREE Gift which contained deluxe samplers of some of their *NEW* and customer fave products for each *NEW* representative who joined as of 2/5/20 that placed a Campaign 7 order. This sampler was a great way for *NEW* representatives and/or provide opportunities for their customers to try out a variety of products.

In Campaign 7, our team continued on from Campaign 6 with reaching Bronze Ambassador level by having over 3 1st Generation Orders and over $1,000 total in Team Award Sales. Though we lost 3 representatives, we did gain 2- 1 as a *NEW* representative and 1 returning. Also, I am super proud to celebrate with one of our new reprsentatives with their first recruit and reaching Promoter in Avon’s Leadership!

Our team, however, did not make it to Silver Ambassador due to not having the $2,000 total team sales once again. I am currently offering an incentive to our team where each representative who places an order in the first campaign we qualify as a Silver Ambassador team an entry for a chance to win a FREE business bundle of business tools, samples and full size products.

As of Campaign 7, my personal online sales have me #24 in total online sales volume and #19 in online sales increase. The top 10 in each category will be celebrated in a special ceremony and receive a Pinnacle Award. This is what got me to earn a FREE trip to Maui, Hawaii for my 2018 achievements. Because the trip occurred in the middle of my chemo therapy treatments last year, I was unable to attend. That is why this year I have set a goal and working hard to reaching this amazing achievement again.

Speaking of personal sales, I want to give a special shout out to one of our new representatives who is truly rocking it! With her Campaign 7 sales, she earned $40 Stepping Stone Pathway to Premier incentive bonus and is less than $100 away from earning the first Milestone Bonus by selling over $1,000 in her first 8 campaigns. Keep up the great work Jennifer Brown!
