Avon Kickstart Program

Within your first 7 campaigns (90 days), new representatives have the opportunity to earn over $1,000 through Avon’s Kickstart 3 components:

  1. Sales Component
  2. Recruiting Component
  3. Kickstart Performance Bonus Component

Sales Component

Avon Kickstart‘s sales component is created to help new representatives to steadily grow their customer base & campaigns sales so by the 7th campaign, he/she will be on the road to reaching President’s Club. Each new representative will receive a guarantee 40% earnings on ALL SALES with their first campaign order. He/She can continue to earn 40% on ALL SALES in the following 6 campaigns by reaching each campaign’s sales goal as shown below:

TIP: Keep in mind that most customers won’t order every campaign so it is very important to continue reaching out to new potential customers so you can continually and steadily grow your customer base & campaign sales.

Recruiting Component

As a new representative you have the opportunity to earn a $50 Recruiting Bonus for each Qualified New Recruit (QNR). There is no cap in how many $50 Recruiting Bonuses you can earn during your first 7 campaigns.

In order to receive the $50 Recruiting Bonus, your QNR needs to meet 2 qualifications:

  1. The recruit must sign up on your team within your first 7 campaigns.
  2. The recruit must place a $150 by their 2nd campaign on time & pay for it on time.

TIP: As a recruiter, it is up to you to learn what is each person’s why so you can let them know how the Avon opportunity can help them. So, when you are talking to people about your business & the Avon opportunity make sure to listen to what they are saying. Recruiting is about them, not you.

Kickstart Performance Bonus

For new representatives who took full advantage of the Kickstart incentive sales & recruiting components have the opportunity to earn a $200 Kickstart Bonus at the end of the program. In order to receive the $200 Kickstart Bonus, a new representative within their first 7 campaigns must reach each campaign sales goals and have 3 Qualified New Recruits.

Full Kickstart Earnings

When you meet all 3 components of the Kickstart incentive within your first 7 campaigns, you would have earned over $1000. On top of having a solid financial foundation for your business, you have also built a solid foundation for you to reach:

  • President’s Club sales level where you will earn:
    • 40% earnings on jewelry & beauty products
    • 25% earnings on fixed earning items.
    • Ability to purchase up to 3 products at demo price in Avon’s representative demo book.
    • Ability to order Avon brochures 2 campaigns early for a small fee.
    • Exclusive gift & pin
    • 400 points in order to redeem Mrs. Albee Award
  • Ambassador Level in Avon’s Advanced Leadership where you will have the opportunity to earn:
    • $500 Promotion Bonus
    • 3% Sponsoring Bonus each time a downline places an order
    • 3% Generation 1 Leadership Checks
    • 3% Generation 2 Leadership Checks

Avon Kickstart FAQ’S

Here are the most frequently asked questions and answers from Avon regarding Avon’s Kickstart incentive program.

What is the Kickstart Program?

The Kickstart program is part of the overall new onboarding experience, designed to help New Representatives get a taste for success from their first Avon order and beyond. It rewards New Representatives for both sales and recruiting success in their first 7 campaigns. New Representative can earn a $200 performance bonus when they achieve the Kickstart sales targets and bring a minimum of 3 Qualified Recruits withing the incentive timeframe.

What happens if a Representative misses a sales target- are they out of the Kickstart Program?

No, not at all. Each campaign stands alone, meaning a Representative can earn the 40% earnings in any individual campaign even if they missed a previous order’s sales target for these rewards.

I understand a New Representative will not earn 40% if a sales target is missed- but what will they earn on those sales?

If the sales goal is NOT achieved in any Kickstart campaign, the Representative will earn based on the chart below:

Do online store orders, sales center and AvonNow orders count towards the campaign sales qualifier for this program?

Yes. Online orders, Direct Delivery orders, Sales Center orders AND AvonNow orders all count each campaign towards the 40% sales goals for this program.

Are Bonus Dollars included in calculating the sales qualifier for this Program?

No. Bonus Dollars like Double/Triple Dollar are not included in calculating the sales targets in this program.

Do the orders have to be placed on time?

Yes, orders must be submitted on time as defined in the Avon Independent Sales Representative Policies & Procedures located on AvonNow.

What happens if a Representative doesn’t submit an AvonNow order, but gets an online store order before the contracted started campaign?

Any “early orders” are collected to be combined to post in the New Representatives expected campaign of first order. However, if the New Representative does not place an order on AvonNow in the expected campaign of first order (expect campaign of first order is the campaign indicated on the Representative agreement) any online orders and/or any Avon Sales Center purchases that fall within the timeframe will be combined and processed as the Representative’s first order at 40%.

What is the Campaign of expected first order?

The campaign of expected first order is the campaign a New Representative is assigned to place their first order, based on the day they sign up online. The campaign of expected first order assignment is based on criteria that allows enough time for a New Representative to see their first campaign.

Do the orders have to be paid for on time?

Yes, for recruiting bonuses to qualify, the New Representative’s account must be in good standing.

Do reinstatements count as New Representatives?

No, reinstatments do not count. For more information on what is defined as a reinstatement, refer to the Business Policies & Procedures for Avon Independent Sales Representatives which can be found on AvonNow.

When will the New Representatives receive their Recruiting Bonus pay-out?

The $50 Recruiting Bonus will be sent by direct deposit at the campaign close when the recruit’s 1st order has been paid on time. If the Representative chooses not to enroll in direct deposit, recruiting bonuses will be administered via a pre-paid Visa/MasterCard. Be advised it may take up to 30 days for the card to be issued. Once issued, subsequent recruiting or performance bonuses will be added at the end of each campaign.

When will the New Representatives receive the $200 Kickstart Performance bonus?

The Performance Bonus payout will be issued after the close of the 7th campaign if the sales levels and minimum recruiting criteria have already been met within the 7 campaign timeframe. If the Kickstart participant has a pending new recruit(s) within the 30-day window to submit the first order, then performance bonus payout will be pending until the new recruit becomes a Qualified Kickstart Recruit or reaches the end of the 30-day incentive order submission window.

Do Representative accounts need to be in good standing to receive the rewards?

Yes. As per Avon policy Representative must be active and in good standing to receive any rewards.
