I love to celebrate & recognize my team, Avon Super Sellers, representatives in their accomplishments & achievements. I worked as a part time & full time employee outside the home prior to becoming an Avon representative and recognition was not a norm in my experience not only with myself, but with my co workers as well.
Recognition is one of the benefits I love about being an Avon representative. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be.

Avon Super Sellers ended 2018 with $47,041 in total team sales with a total of 16 representatives across the U.S.A. in 14 states.
I began my team Avon Super Sellers in 2018 and many of these representatives didn’t have 6 months under the belt at the close of 2018 sales year. I am super proud to see how much they have accomplished in under a year. I look forward to continue to work with each Super Seller as well as any new Super Seller who will join our team. I am excited to see our team as a whole & individually reach goals, achieve incentives and continue to grow further then we could imagine.
