Every January, top Avon leaders come together to for their annual Leadership Kickoff meeting. Representatives across the United States come together to have fun, relax & learn. On January 19, 2018 – January 21, 2018, the 2018 Harness the Power Leadership Kickoff took place at San Diego’s Paradise Point. Over 260 representatives that achieved Avon’s Advanced Leadership titles Gold Leader & above in 2017 enjoyed leadership & team development, business fundamentals, new product introductions & more. 2018 Harness the Power Leadership Kickoff Announcements

In December 2017, New Avon, LLC Social Selling President Betty Palm made a special announcement with a red envelope, informing representatives of a secret incentive that would be announced by the end of January. So what is the incentive?
New Avon, LLC announced that the super secret incentive was Build Like A Boss (BLAB) where ANY representative who adds a *NEW* personal qualified recruit in Campaigns 1’2018 to Campaigns 10’2018 will receive a FREE winning scratch off ticket. There is no limit to how many a representative can earn- THE MORE YOU RECRUIT THE MORE PRIZES YOU’LL EARN! What are the prizes? Here’s some of the prizes representatives can earn with their winning scratch off ticket:
- Hot electronics like the iPhone X, iPad Mini, Amazon Echo Dot, Nintendo Switch.

*NEW* BONUS INCENTIVE FOR NEW REPRESENTATIVES
As a way to encourage & reward new representatives as they grow their business, New Avon, LLC will be offering a way for representatives who join Avon in Campaign 5’2018 to Campaign 13’2018 a way to earn an additional $7,500 in Advanced Leadership Promotion Bonuses with the Rapid Promotion Incentive. This incentive will be in addition to the new representative Kickstart incentive program where they can earn over $1,000 in their first 90 days. The Rapid Promotion Incentive will double the new representative’s promotion bonus, each time he/she advances in Avon Advanced Leadership title from Bronze Ambassador to Bronze Leader within the specified timeframe.

IT PAYS TO MENTOR!
How does an extra $10,000 sound? Well representatives who are titled Silver Leader & above in Avon’s Advanced Leadership, have an opportunity to earn 2 $5,000 cash rewards for developing the minimum of 2 Bronze Leaders for the first time in their Leader Central Team within each incentive period. This incentive is on top of the $750 Advanced Leadership Mentor Bonus, he/she would receive for their qualifying downline representative advancing to Bronze Leader for the first time.

2019 President’s Recognition Celebration Location
The President’s Recognition Celebration is an annual event where top achievers in sales & leadership come together to celebrate their success in a new, exciting location. From April 7 to April 11, 2019, achieved representatives will be celebrating the 50th year of President’s Recognition Program at the luxurious Westin Maui Resort & Spa located along one of Maui’s ocean side which is known to be one of the most beautiful areas in Maui.

2018 Avon RepFest
Every summer Avon hosts a massive event where representatives across the country at all sales & leadership levels, come together to celebrate being an Avon representative, learn new ways to grow their Avon business, product expo for upcoming holiday season, attend seminars from specialized guest speakers & more. At the end of 2017, it was announced that the 2018 Avon RepFest would take place on July 27, 2018- July 29, 2018 with the location to be announced at the end of January.
The super secret location & other details were announced over the Leadership Kickoff weekend!
- Location: Columbus, OH
- Representatives who have to fly in, will have the opportunity to take advantage of 5%-15% discount with Southwest, Delta & American Airlines through the 2018 Avon RepFest Registration website.
- Tour of Avon Distribution Center located in Zanesville, OH
- Up to 10,000 representatives can participate
- Keynote Speaker Barbara Corcoran, a real estate mogul & business expert as well as one of the “sharks” from ABC’s Shark Tank
- Concert by Rascal Flatts
- Registration opens February 12, 2018 through a registration website.

Flexible Ordering Nationwide
In order to provide a more simpler ordering process for their representatives, New Avon, LLC announced that mail plans will no longer be in effect & will be replace with a nationwide Flexible Ordering program beginning in Campaign 9’2018.
In 2016, Avon began a trial run of the Flexible Ordering program and continued on to the second phase in October 2017 with the Southeast region. The Flexible Ordering program provides representatives the flexibility to submit their order whenever they want within a two week period. Due to such a high positive response & high interest from non participating representatives it has been decided to include all of the U.S. regions. As a result, there will be no more late fees, no add on fees and ALL representatives will have an equal opportunity to order within a campaign.
NO MORE TRENDSETTER MAIL PLAN
As New Avon, LLC moves Flexible Ordering nationwide, Trendsetter representatives will be transitioned to a national campaign at the completion of their Trendsetter Campaign 10. As of Monday, January 29th, 2018, new representatives will no longer be appointed to the Trendsetter schedule, even if they are located in what was a Trendsetter area. The new representatives will automatically be added to the National Campaign. During this transition, support programs will be provided for Trendsetters to help them through this process.

Beginning in February 2018, representatives will have a *NEW* tool that will help them share & grow their business online. Avon Social is a social selling platform Avon representatives will be able to utilize through youravon.com. This tool will make it easier for representatives to reach new people & build their audience on Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest. With one click of a button, representatives will be able to:
- Schedule posts up to 5 weeks in advance
- Access thousands of Avon images, GIFs, and videos
- Advertise with PowerBoost to precisely target and expand your audience on social media
- Track the performance of your organic and advertising posts
