Being an Avon Helper

As an Avon Helper, you will be helping me to provide Avon services with those you know by:

1. Sharing & distributing provided brochures to your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors & anyone else you may know who would be interested in Avon.
2. Collecting their orders & payments and handing them in to me by current campaign’s order due date (every 2 weeks).
3. Delivering the orders to the correct customers.

That is it!

Who This is For:

Avon Helper Discount

To reward you for all your hard work each campaign, you will receive a discount on your next order.

Total Orders	Discount % Earned	Potential Discount Received ($)
$0-$149.99	10%	$0-$15
$150-$299.99	15%	$22.50-$45
$300+	20%	$60+

To determine how much you earn, you will total up all of the ordered products’ prices from yourself & your clients. What does this mean? Here is an example of how you can earn $24 free of Avon products on your next order:

• Your Mom orders $20 in products
• Your Sister orders $40 in products
• Your Best Friend orders $25 in products
• Your Co Worker orders $30 in products

Your total orders (Yours + Your Customers)= $160 giving you a discount of 15%

To determine how much in $$ you earned take your total ($160) & multiply it by the percent rate you reached (.15).

$160 x .15= $24 off your next order

You now will have $24 to place towards your next order.

NOTE: Discount Total is determined pre service fee & tax. It is based on campaign price of the products ordered. The discount you earned will be deducted from your campaign order total after service fee & tax has been added.

Avon Helper Banked Discount

If for some reason your total discount is less than next order’s total, the remaining balance will be applied to the following order until the total balance is used.

If you are a helper that submits orders every campaign, your discount earned will continue to be added to your banked account until the total amount earned is used.

For example:

1. In Campaign 1, you earned a $20 discount.
2. In Campaign 2, you earned another $20 & your personal order only totaled $10.
   • Your $20 discount from Campaign 1 – $10 Campaign 2 order total = $10 banked + $20 Campaign 2 earned discount = $30 banked for next order
3. In Campaign 3, there was an amazing makeup sale & your order totaled $50. And, once again you earned a $20 discount.
   • Your $50 Campaign 3 order total – $30 banked discount= $20 owed and
   • You will have a $20 discount for your next order

My helpers absolutely love this, especially around the holidays because it gives them a way to save money on big orders.

If you collect orders every campaign, however don’t personally place an order every campaign, this provides a way for them to still be able to use their earned discount when they do place an order.

NOTE: Avon Helper must place an order within 60 days of earning the discount or lose the discount earned. Basically you can’t keep collecting orders all year round & then not place an order until the end of the year. 

The catch, however, is once you are ready to use your banked discount, you can only use up to 25% of your campaign order total.

You can not combine banked discount & current campaign’s earned discount in same campaign. A campaign’s earned discount will not be valid to use until next campaign.
