      Sadly Avon has not brought back the body powders or replaced them with another product. You are not the only one who is upset about this. I recommend contacting Avon at 1-800-500-2866 and let them know how much you love this product. Avon has brought discontinued products due to customer demand. If you do buy it on Ebay, you are buying from a private seller, so you won’t have the Avon guarantee on it.

Why on earth would Avon discontinue a fragrant dusting powder when so many use if for sweating under areas that can not get the proper air and cause problems etc. I have now started using cornstarch because when you sweat –you need something dry to absorb moisture. Avon has nothing. It should have been also available for men with their favorite fragrance. I can no longer tolerate the rashes and itch–Please bring it back–My favorite was Haiku because it is not a so over powering scent. This product was available as far back as the 1950″s.and popular.

  3. I was wondering why they discontinued rich moisture face cream. It was my mother’s and my favorite. Even my daughters liked it. The fragrance is distinctive as well. My grandchildren associate the smell to myself and my Mom. We miss it and are hoping they will reconsider bringing it back. In the interim I’ll have to purchase it off of eBay and Amazon when I can.

    • I understand your disappointment. It is not fun when a favorite product is discontinued. As I mentioned above, the Nurtura Replenishing Cream is a great alternative to the Rich Moisture and you can contact Avon at 1-800-367-2866. Avon does listen to complaints like this and they have actually brought discontinued products back due to customer demand.       • I also hate that Avon stopped Rich Moisture Cream. I have tried most of the ones on sale now and none come close. I have not seen the Nurtura Replenishing cream. I have not tried the higher priced creams. I am unable to pay 20.00 or more for a small bottle. I have seen a lot who have asked about this. Why is not Avon bringing it back. I see EBAY selling it at a really high price. I would think Avon would would want to see customers happy.

  7. Hello – I am a big fan of a discontinued eyeliner. I don’t remember what the name is but something like Fat or Jumbo or Big – I bought a bunch when they were discontinued and now I am almost out. The two I have left have been sharpened all the way down which eliminates the possibility of reading the name of the eyeliner. I can see the colors which are:
    Amythest Dazzle
    Blue Starlight
    Please help me find a replacement or some inventory that still hasn’t sold. Thanks!

    • Hi Tracilea! The eye liner you are talking about is called Big Color Eyeliner. The only way you may be able to find any to purchase is through e-Bay or Amazon but in researching this for you, I noticed there isn’t much available. Have you tried another eyeliner from Avon? I would recommend Avon True Color Glimmersticks Eye Liners or Avon True Color Supershock Gel Eye Liner based on similar colors & formula to Big Color Eyeliner.   11. Why did Avon discontinue the body powders, rare pearls body powder was my favorite. Had I known it would be discontinued I would have stocked up on it, now I am out of it.

  15. I was also disappointed to see a few items I purchased being discontinued, My dealer never mentioned it to me. Many years ago they also discontinued a shade of eye shadowed I really liked, I see it will be time to stop ordering Avon for awhile again.

As I said in my blog, the product line was getting over crowded so they decided to discontinue a variety of products to not only make room for new products (which a lot of them are pretty great) but also to highlight the amazing products we still have available. My advice is I would speak with your representative or you can email me at avonantunes@gmail.com to see if there is an alternative product available that you can try. Many of the alternative products are just as good if not better. Avon has updated some discontinued products with a new look, name & improved formula. I would also highly recommend contacting Avon yourself & let them know that you are unhappy with them discontinuing those specific products. Avon has actually brought back a few items that were discontinued because so many customers have complained about it. You can call at 800-367-2866 or email them through your representatives online store where it says Contact Us on bottom of any screen on his/her online store ( or go to https://www.avon.com/contact-us?rep=jantunes).         • Sadly, we don’t currently have shampoo & conditioner that is specific for those with silver or white hair.

          If your hair is getting that brassy like color,I actually recommend using Pantene Silver Expressions Purple Hair Shampoo & Toner. I got this for my grandmother who has silver/white hair and she said she noticed a dramatic difference and her hair doesn’t look dry & dead anymore.           Another option is you can find a Silver Shampoo & Conditioner at your local drugstore, grocery store and I’m sure Amazon has some too.

  18. I am very disappointed to find that the ideal flawless cc cream has been discontinued. It was the only coverage that I could find that perfectly suited my skin type and tone. I honestly don’t know why this particular product was removed.

    • Thank you for checking out my blog. Unfortunately I do not know the specific reason why they chose to remove this specific item from the product line. All I know was there were a variety of products removed, as I stated in my blog, to make room for new products & to highlight the stars. I personally use Ideal Nude Liquid Foundation & love it! It is very lightweight on my skin and I don’t break out like I’ve done with other liquid foundations. If you would like I’d be happy to mail you some samples of that or other foundations.
