Registering a Fundraiser
Are you interested in doing an Avon fundraiser? All you have to do is email Jen Antunes at avonantunes@gmail.com with information listed below:
- What are you raising money for?
- How much money are you looking to raise?
- What is your time frame? Your fundraiser must complete registration 2 weeks in advance from start of fundraiser to ensure there is enough time to promote your fundraiser & have all of your materials ready to go
- What is your estimated number of participants?
- Which fundraiser would you like to do? Choose between Online, Bug Guard, Skin So Soft, Anew, Avon True Color, Herbie the Hedgehog and Expression Votive Set.
- Do you qualify for tax exemption?
- Who will be the designated Fundraiser Coordinator and his/her contact information?
- Will you be offering a reward system to top seller(s)?

Avon with Jen Antunes Fundraiser Registration Packet
Within 24 business hours, Jen Antunes will contact you to confirm the information you provide and discuss the best option for you to reach your fundraiser goal. The next business day, your registration packet will be either placed in the mail or emailed to Fundraiser Coordinator and will include everything you will need to register your fundraiser
- Agreement Form to be completed by Fundraiser Coordinator (will be provided in Fundraiser Packet)
- Tax Exemption Information
- Sample Copy of Chosen Fundraiser Flyer (if applicable)
- Organization Earnings Opportunity Chart
- List of available prizes (if applicable)’
Once Jen Antunes has received a fully completed registration packet, she will then create your fundraiser event page on Facebook and get everything your fundraiser will need including fundraiser flyers, promotional flyers, Avon brochures and prizes. Once all of your fundraiser materials have been prepared, Jen Antunes will contact Fundraiser Coordinator to set up a time/date to deliver or ship the material.

Hosting a Fundraiser
Once the Fundraiser Coordinator has received the fundraiser materials, it is up to him/her to organize the fundraiser process. Don’t worry, Jen Antunes will be there to help guide & support the Fundraiser Coordinator through the process as much or as little as he/she needs.
For printed flyer fundraisers, once the fundraiser has ended, it is the Fundraiser Coordinator’s responsibility to collect all orders & payments from the participants, ensure that all flyers & payments are accurate and submit orders & payments to Jen Antunes by designated date. In 7 to 10 business days, your fundraiser’s earnings check as well as the supporters orders will be ready for delivery. Fundraisers with 25+ orders, help may be required to sort and bag orders.

You can become a fundraiser specialist with help of FREE online training, webinars & support as an Avon representative.

Im trying to understand how to start a fundraiser but i di t understand how to explain the fundraiser percents to the organization and know what percent i would be earning myself i dont want to keep much but enough to pay taxes,shipping, personal cost. When school starts itd be great for end if year field trips and a church may be able to sponsor kids/teens going on summer camp trips. I want to start with an online fundraiser to start with and understand it more.

I recommend doing the Avon U training on fundraisers. They go over how to set up a fundraiser and how to offer services to your organizations. You always can call Avon and ask questions as well.
