• Keep SPF in your morning routine. UVA rays that cause skin cancer are around all year round.
• Drink plenty of water. Rule of thumb is you should be drinking 1/2 of your body weight in oz. So if you are 150lbs, you should be drinking 75 oz a day. This is going to help your skin stay hydrated from inside out.
• Time to break out the humidifier, especially in your bedroom while you sleep. I know for me, my humidifier helps keep moisture in the air for my skin as well as my sinuses.
• Don’t forget you have skin all over your body… switch to a thicker, richer body lotion.
• Keep your go to lip balm everywhere you go to ensure your lips remain hydrated to minimize cracking/dry lips.
