The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 17 2023
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, no matter how big or small they may be. Building a business takes hard work & dedication. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that each of the representatives on my team do recognize & celebrate their milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually throughout campaign 17 2023.
The Super Sellers in Campaign 17
Campaign 17 expressed the typical summer slump. However, overall being consistent with sales & recruitment. We added 7 new representatives on top of 3 representatives returning inspite of 12 representatives being removed due to inactivity.

With the close of Campaign 17, we begin to go into September which is the last month to get ready for the busy holiday season that typically begins in October for us representatives. As I’ve always stated, during the slow periods of our business, this is the perfect time to reflect, make adjustments & plan for which will become the busiest time of the year for most representatives.
