The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 14 2023
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, no matter how big or small they may be. Building a business takes hard work & dedication. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that each of the representatives on my team do recognize & celebrate their milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually throughout campaign 14 2023.
The Super Sellers in Campaign 14
In Campaign 14, we bounced back & reached Silver Ambassador once again with over $2,000 Award Sales. Compared to 2022, as a team we increased our sales over 3x. As we go deeper into summer, which is typically our slow period, our team is showing signs that we are going to continue to grow & build our businesses. For example, in spite of losing two team members, we gained 3 representatives, one new representative and two returning.
