The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 12 2023
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, no matter how big or small they may be. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that each of the representatives on my team do recognize & celebrate their milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually throughout campaign 12 2023.
The Super Sellers in Campaign 12
We once again achieved Silver Ambassador with over $2,000 in Award Sales within 6 1st generation orders. Though we lost 3 team members, we did end up gaining a total of 5 between 3 new representatives & two returning representatives.

With Amanda placing an order in Campaign 12, she received her Blast Through 2023 cash bonus she earned, which ended in Campaign 6. Also, we had two representatives who placed their first order.
