Ways to Earn Money with Avon

Avon offers two ways for their representatives to earn- Selling Avon Products & Mentoring a Team. This allows representatives to earn money not only for sharing Avon products, but the Avon opportunity as well.

Personal Sales

The most basic aspect of an Avon business is selling Avon products. There is a wide range of products, from beauty to fashion & jewelry to home decor. Over the last few months, Avon has released new products in collaboration with The Face Shop, CHI Essentials & belif on top of their own amazing new products such as CBD skincare and Perioe Himalaya Pink Salt Oral Care, with even more to come in 2020. Plus, beginning in January 2020, your customers will be able to enjoy exclusive pricing and offers just for shopping with you!

This is definitely not the same Avon many of us grew up knowing. Avon offers a way for representatives to increase their campaign earnings in 2021 by reaching a sales level total Award Sales requirement by 12/31/20. This makes it easier for each representative to be able to calculate their campaign earnings in a snap, no matter their campaign total.

There are 3 ways an Avon representative can earn money through selling Avon products:

1.Representative Delivery Orders/ Face to Face Sales

2. Online Store Orders

• You can set up your FREE online store & start selling Avon your first day!

3. Avon Fundraisers

• You can help raise money through a variety of fundraiser flyers or online.
• Have access to all the tools you will need to help you run a successful fundraiser.
• You give a predetermined % (average is 30%-40%) of the proceeds towards the cause.
• Non profit organizations can qualify for tax exemption.
• You can deliver funds within 3 weeks.
• A great way to share your Avon business with new people and increase your total Award Sales to help you reach President’s Recognition sales levels for upcoming sales year.

Team Sales

By sharing the Avon opportunity with others, in person or online, you will be able to increase earnings and create a residual income. As an Avon mentor, you will provide support & guidance as they work on their individual goals & create their own successful Avon business.

Leadership representatives have the opportunity to earn:

• $20 Recruiting Bonus for each Qualified New Representative who joins their team.
• 3% Sponsoring Bonus each time one of your representatives who has joined your team as of Campaign 4’2017 places a $50+ order.
• Promotion Bonus starting at $500 each time one of your representatives reaches a new level in leadership for the first time beginning with Bronze Ambassador. You must be same title or higher.
• Mentor Bonus starting at $250 each time a Generation 1 Representative reaches a new level in leadership for the first time beginning with Bronze Ambassador. You must be same title or higher.
